Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing (Handling) Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Any orders submitted after 5:00 PM MT, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Shipping (Transit) Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Monday – Friday). We have partnered with FedEx to guarantee safe and reliable transit.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Expect your package to arrive within 5 to 8 Business Days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Yes, every order includes real-time tracking capabilities. As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email containing a specific tracking number. You can utilize this number to follow your package's progress all the way to your front door.

Taxes and Duties

For shoppers in the United States, the total displayed at checkout is exactly what you will pay. Epax handles all standard shipping costs, meaning you will not face any extra taxes, duties, or surprise fees upon receiving your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Even though we work with highly trusted shipping carriers, unexpected delays can sometimes occur.
